2. Services & Bookings
- Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or in person.
- A deposit will be required to secure your booking.
- If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened, and full charges will apply.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Our policy ensures fairness for all clients. If you prepay for your appointment, please note that payments are non-refundable.
- Public Holidays – 15% surcharge will apply for all services on Public Holidays.
Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Changes to the services required on the day of your appointment need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking, or you will be charged for all booked services.
- Changes within 24 hours, same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the original fee (non-negotiable).
- This policy applies in ALL circumstances, including sickness and/or emergencies, as last-minute changes impact other clients waiting for appointments.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and EFTPOS.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Policy (for Product Purchases)
- We currently only ship within Australia.
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via Australia Post.
- Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive tracking details via email or text once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at Australia Post and added to your item cost.
Delays & Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other shipping carriers.
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@sagebeauty.com.au, and we will assist in locating your package.
5. Refund & Return Policy
Refund Policy for Services
- No refunds will be provided for completed services.
- If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will work to resolve the issue.
- Our policy ensures fairness for all clients. If you prepay for your appointment, please note that payments are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds for Products
- We accept returns for damaged or faulty products only. You must contact us within 24 hours and email a photo and we will send you a returns form to fill out.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift vouchers and all retail products.
- Opened items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
6. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 4 years from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
