Paz is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, as well as a Higher Technician in Physiotherapy. Paz has over 5 years of experience in Physiotherapy rehabilitation and Massage therapy.

She is also an experienced Yoga Instructor with over ten years of teaching experience and four years of advanced training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

Paz is committed to providing technical instructions to her clients with her Remedial Massage services.

In addition to Massage and Physiotherapy, Paz has a background in Sound Healing, Vibrational Medicine, Kirten and Yoga. She offers help with specific poses for various physical conditions and also brings with her many ways of working with her clients, which are a blend of the skills and clinical experience she has gained over the years.

Paz loves music, politics, creative arts and marketing – and basically studies everything with great gusto – and she is an excellent chef! She is known for her friendly nature and wonderful sense of humour.

Paz speaks fluent Spanish as well as English.
