Dermaplaning is a cosmetic treatment where the face is gently scraped with a medical-grade scalpel to exfoliate the skin. This process effectively removes the outermost layer of dead skin cells along with fine vellus hairs (peach fuzz). The result is a smoother texture on the surface of the skin, making it appear more radiant and youthful and giving your skin a wonderful glow.

Eminence Marine Flower Peptide Facial – 75 min

This facial is for those who want a deeply exfoliating and hydrating treatment, and is good for mature skin.

We use Stonecrop cleansing oil and gel followed by arctic berry exfoliant and peel solution, but if you are sensitive we will change the products here, followed by two masques suited to your skin to soothe and hydrate the skin. We apply Marine Peptide Serum, concentrate, lip concentrate, eye cream and Marine Flower moisturiser which is rich in peptides and deeply hydrating.

We also either offer a head massage or feet and legs, and a wonderful decollete and neck massage.

The Eminence Fire & Ice Facial is the original Red Carpet Eminence experience: this is perfect for congested, porous, dry, dehydrated skin or a fabulous pick me up for anyone.

Eminence Arctic Berry Facial – 45 min

Do peels make you want to cringe?  Do you think of peels as something you get and you have to hide for a week afterward because you look like something from a bad Halloween Party ? Cringe no more !  Eminence has come out with the new Arctic Berry Peel.  It is a no-peel peel, as we like to call it. 

The Arctic Berry Peel and Peptide Illuminating System is a collagen stimulating exfoliation system that includes professional and at home treatments for all skin types, with proven results.  It restores radiance, can reduce fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots, decreases inflammation, improves acne and improves dull lacklustre skin resulting in a radiant smooth, soft glow.

Our in-salon treatments at Sage Beauty use an enzyme exfoliant that incorporates papaya enzymes, azelaic acid, salicylic acid, and natural exfoliating granules.  This is not damaging to your acid mantle. We massage this into your skin to begin removing dead skin. An advanced peel activator, containing pyruvic, azelaic, mandelic, malic, lactic and citric acids is then applied to the skin.  At this point, you will feel some warmth, but no pain.  After removing this we soothe your skin with an Arnica Calming Soothing Masque or our Bamboo Age Corrective Masque.

At the end of your treatment, serum of choice and an Artic Berry Radiance cream containing botanical peptides, arctic plant extracts, lingonberry seed oil and gotu kola is applied. This is incredibly hydrating and soothing and clarifying treatment for all skin types and visible softens congested or porous skin.

Eminence Activated Acne Facial – 45 min

Our Activated Acne treatment decongests clogged pores, helps to prevent follicle infection and smoothes the skin as well as helping prevent breakouts when used in conjunction with the Advanced Acne Treatment System. We also offer supplement support to help the skin detox and heal.

We use the Acne Advanced Cleansing Foam with encapsulated salicylic acid, followed by an activated fruit enzyme peel. We then use the Acne Advanced Clarifying Masque* to absorb excess oil, soothe and balance moisture levels.

*Eminence Organics Acne Advanced Clarifying Masque is actually s a 2-in-1 masque and acne spot treatment that blends 3 unique clays (Montmroillonite, Kaolin, Red Kaolinite) 0.5% Salicylic Acid, Sulphur, and Basil Oil to deeply clean pores, absorb excess oil and clear acne fast.

We hydrate with the Acne Advanced Clarifying Hydrator to reduce redness and soften scars, leaving you with an even, refreshed and clarified skin.

We begin by bringing you into your room to relax to receive your lovely rhythmic facial treatment. We stretch your arms gently and follow this with a lymphatic treatment for your legs and feet with rosemary leg toner and foot balm, calming and soothing your feet, letting them rest on a warmed heat pack.

We then begin your facial cleansing with a series of fragrant compresses to deeply and gently warm your skin, using Dr Hauschka’s calming cleansing milk and gentle exfoliant.

We apply the Dr.Hauschka signature brushing technique to stimulate your lymph – this being the heart of our in salon treatments – and then apply a special ampule with your personalised soft mask to rehydrate and calm your skin. Along with a luxurious decollete massage, we apply a serum or oil and moisturising treatment suitable for your skin, leaving you feeling rested and refreshed.

Dr Hauschka Revitalising Treatment – 90 min

This treatment is a wonderful facial if you want to experience a completely restful nurturing treatment with both a clay and a soft mask.

We begin by taking you into your room where we have a warmed heatpack for your feet to keep you cosy and comfortable.

We stretch your arms as the beginning of your lymphatic experience, then gently cleanse and exfoliate your skin with warm fragrant compresses infused with lavender, rose and sage. We then apply a steam bath mask, followed by a clay mask to purify and calm your skin. Our Dr.Hauschka signature brushing technique stimulates your lymph glands and helps you to detoxify your body and skin.

We apply the S Ampule which hydrates and calms your skin, followed by a personalised soft mask and a gentle decollete, neck and arm massage treatment. Finally we apply a serum or booster and a personalised moisturiser to complete your Revitalising Treatment.

Dr Hauschka Classic Treatment – 1hour 45 min

This is truly the Rolls Royce of Dr Hauschka Facial Treatments!

We bring you into your room where you will be able to rest and relax, with a warmed heatpack under your feet to ensure you are cosy and comfortable.

We begin by stretching your arms and hands to increase the lymph flow and apply body and hand cream with our special techniques so as to gently improve circulation. We then treat your legs and feet to a lovely massage and apply lightly fragrant toners and lotions, performing rhythmic lymphatic stimulation.

Our equally warming cleansing ritual, with scented compresses and hydrating milk cleansers with the gentle exfoliation cleansing cream, softens and soothes the skin. We compress a steam bath mask carefully into your skin, followed by a deeply cleansing and mineral filled clay treatment. Our signature brushing technique for stimulating lymph in the face and upper body takes about fifteen min and is deeply relaxing. We apply our special ampules to calm and hydrate your skin, along with a soft mask which remains on your skin for 20 min to absorb and for you to rest and sleep if you need a nap. We begin by bringing you into the room to rest with a warm heatpack under your feet to ensure you are cosy and comfortable.

Applying a fragrant warmed Lavender compress, we gently and deeply cleanse and  exfoliate your skin. We apply a steam bath mask to soften your skin, followed by a mineral clay mask to draw out impurities, feed your skin with the minerals found in the clay and calm it with it’s heat drawing action.

This is followed by the Dr.Hauschka signature brushing technique to stimulate lymph and then to finish, a personalised hydrating treatment consisting of a serum and moisturiser chosen for your specific needs.

The Special Blemished skin treatment is specifically for hot inflamed and pustular skin.

We begin by bringing you into the room to rest with a warm heatpack under your feet to make sure you feel cosy and comfortable.

Applying a fragrant warmed Lavender compress, we gently and deeply cleanse and  exfoliate your skin. We apply a steam bath mask to soften your skin, followed by a mineral clay mask to draw out impurities and also to feed your skin with the minerals found in the clay.

We gently massage the decollete and apply special rhythmitised ampoules for blemished skin. Your skin is then lightly moisturised and helpful skin advice offered.

Our Sage Rosacea Facial focuses on calming and gently hydrating your skin with extra sensitive skincare from our MV Skincare and Eminence organic range of products.

We begin our treatment with a gentle warming cleansing treatment with soft organic compresses and lavender, followed by the right choice for your individual skin of cleansers and serums, a signature clay mask or a soft soothing mask, S ampules from Dr Hauschka to calm your skin and to finish, a soothing serum and moisturising treatment.

Sage Organic Mini Facial – 30 min

This 30 min Sagey treat focuses on giving you a quick break and allowing yourself to be pampered just enough to get back to whatever you were doing!

We begin by cleansing with our a choice of organic cleansing milks or foaming cleansers, a variety of exfoliating creams or MV 9 Oil, a personalised clay mask, followed by your own special moisturiser suitable to your skin. We use warm fragrant compresses and you will feel re-energised with this is a wonderful little treat.

We also created this for teenagers as well, as it is a nice way to rest, relax and learn how to take care of their skin in a straightforward easy way during what is sometimes a hormonally challenging time.

Sage MV Skintherapy Facial Treatment – 60 min

Using MV Skintherapy skincare and essential oils, we hydrate and cleanse the skin with warm scented compresses, followed by a specially blended skin booster and soft clay mask treatment. Clay has the dual benefit of allowing minerals to be absorbed into your skin, as well as deeply cleansing and drawing out impurities. We give you a deeply relaxing décolleté neck and arm massage, allowing you to drift off into a gentle relaxed state.
